JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop, install, maintain, and modify application programs, business application programs, or integrated programs. Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend appropriate applications or modifications.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
2. Analyze user project proposals to include identifying potential problem areas and recommend optimum approaches for project path.
3. Participate in the development, implementation, installation, and testing of applications software.
4. Create ways to transform data from clients to format that is acceptable to system format. Using SSIS packages to transform data for automation process daily, weekly, or monthly.
5. Communicate with clients to discuss format on eligibility files and reporting parameters.
6. Contribute through code/algorithm development and other means, for the development of tools and interfaces between application programs and for the development of debugging programs.
7. Provide system level support for computer software and computer equipment.
8. Participate in the development of training materials and assist in conducting training Investigate, recommend and install new applications.
9. Maintain Authorizations and setup workflows for company system communications.
10. Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
11. Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource and able to work in a team environment.
12. Work with a third party vendor regarding issues with current system eligibility file.
13. Maintain external website provider search database created with mysql database.
14. Handle Public Sector Eligibility file loads and corrections.
15. Create and Support Crystal Report and also SSRS implementation
16. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Seasoned Data Analyst with strong SQL Skills
• Understand processing of ETL when creating SSIS packages
• Strong communications skills: work closely with technology partners and system user community
